NO WASTED SP, this is a PURE PvP Charecter!!!!
Good stats & learning skills to L4 specilisation minimum. All attribute points in the important places for PvP and has not yet had any neural remapping so these can be adjusted to suit.
Highlights:
* 1m sp in Corporation Management - between in anchoring L5! so she can deploy Large T2 warp bubbles! & Starbase defence L4.
* 4.4m sp in electronics inc. Cloaking L5!
* 6m sp in drones inc. most skills to L5
* 9.1m sp in gunnery - All in hybrids, inc. sm and medium and rail / blaster specialization (at L4 or L5) & all gunnery support skills to L5.
* 7.3m sp in navigation - Most skills to L5 inc. Jump Drive Calibration!

Wow I posted a bid 1bn higher than your reserve and you withdraw the sale? And you don't even reply to in game mails or apologise for wasting everyone's time.
IMO people like you should start getting banned. If you're not serious about selling your char and you set fictional reserves then please refrain from posting in this forum in future.

Ermm i think you will find that by ccp rules a seller can remove or choose not to sell at anytime. So i think the guy is more than in his rights not to sell.

Yep and that's as it should be.
My problem is when buyers act in good faith and a seller does not.
A reserve is the minimum price you are prepared to accept. If 10bn is your reserve and someone offers 11bn that character as far as everyone knows is on the market. So please if you want to sell your character again put the actual reserve and stick to it.
