I want your opinion on the nighthawk, because I have recently been looking at skilling up for it... I am looking for some clarification. If you know something about Nighthawks, I want to know.
Also, I want T2 gang fits for the Nighthawk.

Sorry, I am just a bit confused with the highly mixed reviews that I have heard. While I am cooking up a fit, what is your opinion on them?
P.S it is going to be a bit off, as my all skills to lvl v option is gone...

Nighthawk is fine for PvE.
For PvP its just plain terrible. Its worse than a drake in almost every single way for pvp. Seriously. I can write a 1000 page essay on why, but bottom line - not enough grid etc and that alone should put you off.

Great ship for lvl 4s and even lvl 5s (when fit fully passive and with gang ofc). Price has gone up a ton though. I bought my first and only that I keep in high sec for missions for a mere 130 million. I believe Jita price is now around 210 million.
If doing solo lvl 4s, keep in mind the idea of gank > tank. Three BCS in the lows. You can do a pithii b-type active tank or a passive tank (active hardeners + buffer) and be fine either way through any lvl 4 provided your missile and shield skills are up to par.
The only Caldari ship I would say is a stronger missioner is the Golem. CNR IMO is on par with it and Raven well below it. But the pimp factor of a Nighthawk is only surpassed by the Golem.

It's not that its a terrible PvP ship. It's that its not designed for what people want and the PvE superiority of it and rise of T2 prices of it has driven it to a price where the benefits over a drake are nowhere near worthwhile unless you are stupidly rich.
It has very little solo potential; the inability to fit a full rack of HAMs + cap injector + buffer tank + mwd due to horrid grid prevent this.
For gangs, you can fit mwd + decent tank + HMLs + gang link with an RCU, but you are essentially flying a drake with slightly more DPS and tank. Your role is limited to anti-support/tackle and support DPS. This would be fine if it weren't for the fact that the benefit is marginally better than the drake for a ship that can not be insured and costs nearly 7 times the cost. 
I wish it were better for pvp as I find it to be a truly sexah ship but meh

This. The NH would be a decent PvP ship (if a little on the expensive side), but it's just impossible to fit a non-comedy PvP setup on it due to the absurd lack of grid.
PS: named launchers on a NH = comedy killmail. Put the ship back in your hangar until you can fit T2.
