Hello,
When I created my char I was a complete noob ( I still am) and I chose my attributes randomly ( " hmm I want to be my char to be Einstein, yeah! Lets put 15 points in int! ")
But now I understand that my char is crap in 90% of the fields ( but he sure can learn to master Quantic Physic in 2h )
My main goal is to become a miner.
My current base attributes are : Int 15 Per 7 Cha 3 Will 6 Mem 8
My question is : should I lose 2 points into Cha and remap to be a more effective miner?
If yes what is a good miner and/or balanced template?

I will start to learn a looot of int skill because right now Exhumer 5 = 1month!

Hard to tell without more info. Youll need ore refining skills for tech2 mining crytals ,do you want to train all of them ?Where will you mine 0.0 or empire .Do you want/have mass production adv. mass production and production efficiency ? Are you in hulk want to train exhumers 5 only?
A lot of mining skills at industry section and mem/int ,i would take advantage of current attributes and train for mining crystals first and tanking /cap skills(and other int/mem mem/int int/per skills) after than remap .

- I want to mine in empire as I do not have the time currently to go in null sec...
- I made a mistake in my previous post, I do not have a Hulk, I am training MINING BARGE 5
And I will certainly use my cuurent attributes to first train Int/mem skills but how should I remap after?

Train advanced learnings ? I calculated training time with your base attributes and with 4/4 learning skills 15per/14will (and learning lvl5 ) it takes 24 days put, +3 implants 20 days.
training time goes to 19d 9m 29s with 5/4 learning skills (16per/15will ) and +3 implants .really train your advanced learnings and put some implants 
What will you train later ?

Ok, I am now training all my learnings and Adv Learnings to 4... After that I will train my Electronics, Engeneering , Industry and Science ( only the useful ones ) to 4.. and the most important to 5.
After that should I remap?

You sound new, so I will tell you this. You won't want to be a miner forever. Trust me, you won't.
In all honesty, I would highly recommend a balanced stat approch. For the remaps, that means min char, even everything else, and the last two points into percept/willpower. High Intel is good if your going for a bunch of science skills, but with your low mem, your better off respecing to even stats. Plus, since you won't always be a miner, you'll be happy you did. And yes, you need charisma, even more so if your a Miner (Mindlinks are a pain to train for)
I say yes, respec, go evenly.

Thx for all the advices. I am going to use for some time my overkill Int Spec to train for some skills and then remap.
How should I remap for a balanced char?
12-12-5-5-5 ?

Intelligence and Memory are good for miners, so it's not that bad...
he might not be a miner forever, but seems to be kinda carebear (no offence) and you may like industry so again Intelligence and Memory are good.
for the Hulk and other ships, raise up that Perception!

Consider biting the bullet and taking Logic to V, with 15 int your training time on it will be very fast compared to after the re-map.
