Actually, I think this is kinda cool. There are a number of times that I might have invested in an IPO, only the minimum investment was out of my range.
A number of the MD stickies say "Start small." But it seems like 100 mil or smaller is too small for MD to bother with, and 1 billion is too big for MD to trust with a first timer. I like the idea of a 'mini-IPO'.

i said i am here to change the face of the makrtes and this is how i intend to do it, through mini IPO's
look what happened to you you grew large and then people demanded more off you, wont happen with my mini IPO's as there is only simple trade good trading, people still get to invest and because it is so small anyone can invest , from joe blogs the newbie from fat cat with a fat wallet.
when getting shares you not getting it for mega profits although you are getting 100% + on your investment but you getting them for the fun of shares.
i have isk i could start trading with real good but as stated that not how i think. i like to throw a spanner in the usual works and change things up.
i see that all the normal IPO require alot from the players who are doing it and are investing. where is the fun?
i said i would agree to a audit only that if the player requesting one is willing to pay for it :P

and total isk returned for maximum is 1,275,000 isk.
People will make money with this your just looking after your own wallet AND look you quit public IPO's because of it,
