This is my first video I made, and some of the kills are a little fuzzy because of the compression codecs, so go easy on me!

good thing you got those miners before they ganked any more asteriods

If we had known lots of people used the song we wouldn't have used it. And yah, we only ganked one miner in that video, the rest were rating hunting or traveling.

It's a great treat to see oneself fireing away in a very well made video.

its the theme from Requiem for a Dream, composed by James Newton Howard (i think?), also used in LOTR
just search for LOTR two towers theme on kazaa
and yes, its wayyy too overused, i used it like 5 months ago, then the famous "world of eve" by xelios came out and used it, then a couple of PA/FU corps used it, mhhh,
I refuse to watch this movie no matter how good
this song fits so amazingly well with epic fleet combat, but alas, not one single person has managed to do it

If you're going to get into the video buisness, you should do your homework. Start downloading vids from people's sites and see what they've done and what soundtracks they have used. Also, just watching a lot of BS get ganked gets boring after a bit, no matter how awesome the footage is. It's just been done over and over so much.
It's a nice first effort, tho. Just make note of how people in this thread respond to it and adjust accordingly for next time.
