I called vote to replace CEO. But after vote ended both fields(me for CEO and Don't change CEO) shows 0.0%. Have we done anything wrong? or its game bug?

This is a delay. It usually changes in time to show you the percentage. I do not know exactly how long this time is but I've seen it go from 6 - 12 hours. Then it suddenly shows the right percentage. So you'll just have to wait. If it hasn't corrected itself in, say 24 hours, I'd say something was wrong.

Calling a vote for being CEO you have to have 2 things.
1. You have to be a director
2. You have to own 5% of the corps shares
if you have that in your corp screen vote section should be a button run for CEO. (at least that's what I remember when I had to replace my CEO couple of months back.
