greetings friends, cat here
i have had an idea that could be useful for innocent traveleers i was thinking of this idea last night in bed and i thought it was so good that i wanted to get up and tell you all about it right then lol!
my idea is a new midslot module that works like eccm but is kind of like ecm in reverse too. say if i have one of these modules fitted then the evil pirate only has a 80% chance of locking me succesfully and if i have two modules it would be 70%, 3 modules 65%. or whatever the stacking formula is lol. play with the numbers to fit your liking but that is just my basic idea. it could have a module timer like a damage control and when it ticks over you stand a chance to break the lock on you.
i think that this module would work and fit in with the whole 'thing' with eve. if you had a couple of these "Sensor Enhancer I" modules installed, it could even negate the whole falcon 'i win' situation, as it might not be possible to permajam someone all the time so they might be able to get a lock and jam the falcon!

No.
Although I would like to see (for purely egotistical and unbalanced reasons) a modules that reduces your sig radius. Kind of like a counter to target painting, or as a sort of passive sensor dampening…

You have just described 2 modules already in the game... ECCM and ECM burst. Now fit one of each and you will have better sensor strenght and a chance to break lock at the same time.

It would be better if you just sleep while in bed tbh, you just described how ECCM works.

First time I've seen ECCM and works right next to each other. Normally I hear something like I had 2 best named ECCM fit and I still got jammed this #### is mother####### broken I hate ####### falcons the need to be removed from this mother####### game AAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGHHHHH :ragequit:.

And stopping someone locking you is the best defense you have at present, as much as i've loved reading your "posts" i have to stand my ground and tell you to stop, sure some of its interesting but at the end of the day what you want is WoW in space and thats not going to happen here, so just keep doing whatever it is you actually do in rancer and leave the rest of the EVE universe to carry on as it will

Good idea for a module, the bursts/ECM are lock breakers and offensive modules that cause problems in empire. Where as this one could be passive, lowering sig raduis... You get my vote.
