Is there anyway to do this yet?
I'd really like to run some amarr missions but I've kinda upset them a bit.

Run the race's buddy corps and doing their storyline missions helps you.
Bad Caldari? Do Amarr.
Bad Amarr? Do Caldari.
Likewise;
Bad Gallente? Do Min...etc.
(I think they are correct).

Unfortunately both my amarr and caldari standings are shot. so that doesn't help me.

Run a few lvl 4 missions with someone else and hand in the missions for the fleet, this way the standing from the corp he is flying for also rises for you until you can access the agent yourself.

If your faction standing is below -2 to Amarr and Caldari;
Train Diplomay to get it above -2.
If you have trained Diplomacy to level 5 and are still < -2 I'm pretty sure you are out of luck.
Once you can get above -2 for the faction, find a faction affiliated corp to mission for. If necessary run missions for that corp with a buddy, sharing standings until an agent will talk to you.
Run missions for that corp to get storyline missions, run those to help faction standing. As soon as you can do the Cosmos missions for faster faction standing gain.

You should even belowe -2 still be able to run missions for their related sub-faction (like SOE for Min/Gallente) to get faction up. This I understand takes roughly forever + 1, but is an option.

Yes SOE is a valid option if your Gal/Min standing is bad, but it only gives good standings to them. Unfortunately its been reported that InterBus (a similar semi faction/corp) does not have any storyline agents (or missions).
If there is another semi faction/corp that has positive standing toward Cal/Min and offer's storylines that would be useful.
