Ok, here is the question, I bought a ship via the market for 550,000 this order then appeared in my wallet under buying with 1 day left, and 550,000 was transferred to escrow. after 1 day the order disappeared and so did the money from the escrow. The money has not come back and the ship has not appeared in my assets. I am new to this game so im probably missing something, can anyone advice on how to get the ship or the money?

Did you buy the ship in a different station? Check your asset button (on the left in your Neocom right above your wallet).

Did you BUY the ship or did you set up a BUY ORDER for a ship?

When an order expires it gets removed from the market. Any money/items in escrow will be returned at the next downtime.

Looks like you placed a buy order for your ship.
Expired buy orders will have escrow refunded after the next downtime. Check again after the next one. If it is still missing, do file a petition.

In your wallet open the transactions log and load it.
If you bought or sold something on the market it will be in here and where to look in your assets.
