Up for grabs is the following character.

He is currently in his 0.0 clone, but does have other clones of note. One with a full slave set and one with a full snake set fitted. The current clone is in low sec system.
He has access to lvl5 missions, and as you can see from the skill sheet is more than capable to either mission run, plex or pvp.
He has a positive sec status.
He has a positive wallet.
He has no kill rights.
I'm not going to list loads of the usual guff about him. The skills speak for themselves.

Ok. Getting close to the reserve which i shall now reveal as 29 billion.
Once the reserve is met i shall run the auction for a further 48 hours.
After 48hours of the reserve being reached the highest bidder gets him.
