I have been 20 jumps in all directions from my current base and in ALL of the stations in those systems and was not able to find 1 research slot, this is completely bogus! I have been a loyal player in this game for over a year. When I had research slots I lost them after the Castor update and I have not been able to find even 1 since. I should not have to travel to deep space just to research a blueprint! For crying out loud, the player count has risen 400% and nothing has been done to compensate for this growth within empire space. I mean come on the reaseaching of prints is a part of this game and under the present system I, and a great many other players, are being denied access to this aspect of the game. Come on CCP, let's do something about this problem and allow ALL parts of this game to be available to the player population. To those that reply with the attitude of, I got mine and to heck with you, think of what it would have been like if that had been the attitude when you first started in EVE. I find that kind of attitude to be very selfish and short sighted. Just my two bits worth. |

Fly out into alliance space. Stations filled with unrented Lab slots all over the place.

While the lab slot issue is bogus the Devs are well aware of it. What plans, if any, they have to change it I have not heard (except perhaps the rising cost deal). For all I know they want this cap left to hold down BPC inflation (just made that up...hopefully you know what I am getting at).
As for finding slots just have to keep looking. A mate of mine is very good at digging them up. Sooner or later someone forgets to renew their contract and you nab it.
