What is a good PvP Punisher fit? I'm looking for something on cheap side that can be basically mass produced.

weirdly you can actually fit a punisher a bit like a claw...

auto cannons dont use cap and fit easier while doing similar base damage with the ability to change damage types.
if you can afford it and have the skills the t2 autocannons with t2 ammo pack a mean punch.

if cheap is your main priority, for a little over a million you can fly something like this (had to upgrade plate and scram to cheap named)...

for about 7mil (according to EFT, so god knows how reliable that is) you can gain an extra 30dps unheated and upto 900ehp depending on skills from this setup by fitting t2. leave the mwd t1 and the scram + plate named.

I use faction Multi chrystals.
I like lasers. You can fit three different types of chrystals for a light show, while it does not have the satisfying AC sound, it is pretty.
