I will use this mostly for solo / small gang pvp.
6x Heavy pulse II
1x MWD 1x 20km scrambler II 1x Cap booster
2x MAR II 2x EANM II 1x DCU II 2x Heat Sink II
And 2x Auxiliary pumps.
With everything active i have 42k EFH, Seems kinda low. But i rep for like 900 every 9 sec.
So, if you have any tips, feel free to tell me :)

I personally think it sucks Solo it's kind of meh, will basically die to skilled BC. In gang - well, it's okay, but plategank with 3 HS will do so much better, dual reps are not viable enough for any sort of situation larger than 1-2 targets shooting you.
Ah, yes, I also hope you have CS 5.

Needs moar plate and you also have thermal and em holes.

Err nope this is a armor setup. the closest hole in resist is always explosive.

They notice you're heavy on Explosive resist and switch to em/therm and start breaking your tank. Higher resists overall is important.

900 every 9 secs = 100dps repped after resists have been taken into account.
If you think thats enough for small gang combat when compared to your weakest resist and your armour HP's go for it..

Armor has a very good resist to EM as standard and with x2 EANM II's x1 DCU II i suspect it would be around 80%. im not at home to check this tho
IIRC: 15% DCU II (all Resist + hull & sheild) 25% on first EANM II (Armor only) 13% on second EANM II (stacking penalty)

Amarr TII ships have racial resistance to the Minmatars explosive damage. As such explosive is the highest restance on Amarr T2 ships.

Checked EFT and with my skills (all armour comp skills at V) and EM is 81.3, therm is 75.7, kin 82.5 and explosive is 88.8... not too shabby tbh. Does need that thermal hole plugging though.
Edit: Couple cheap navy EANMs and a passive defence gang mod gets the therm plugged up to 80.2%. Adds about 10k EHP overall, but tank compared to rapid repair gang mod is about 60dps less.
