I need a fit for a Ferox. I am currently doing lvl 3 missions so something that will help me keep a better tank would be very nice. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Sure you want to use a Ferox over a Drake? Drakes don't have split systems like a Ferox does...
Either way, being the Ferox has the same tankability bonus that the Drake does, you can use a similar tank at similar skill levels. Bear in mind that until you get your gunnery skills high, your DPS will suck mightily.
A sample setup would be (Guristas tanked):

This setup has a 48m cap, 380 defense against Guristas. Change hardeners as needed. It'll get you started, at least.
make it 3xCCC for cap stable. Upgrade to t2 weaponry to increase the DPS - which admittedly with THorium is a leetle low.
Hope this gives you some ideas.

Wow that really helps thanks :). Ok so I am still working on getting my gunnery skills up. I have all but one of the support skills to 4 and am one level away from having medium hybrid turrets to 5 so that I can start training for T2 turrets. will this fit also work with missles instead of hybrids atleast till I get my T2 Hybrids?

There is a time and a place to put unbonused weapons on a ship. This is not one of them. Use named/T1 guns on the ferox until you get T2 or just fly a drake with missiles. And for future reference, always look at a ships bonus; its usually a damn good indicator for how you should fit the ship, at least to give you a start (with a few exceptions).
