This character would be worth so much more if you skilled up to train the Gal freighter (Obelisk) and trained a bit further into the skill Gallente Freighter as well as into trade skills. At the current point where you are at you are barely worth the isk to money value of paying the transfer. I would wait another month maybe two months and put this character back up for sale to get a better value for your character.
Edit: Otherwise nice character name.

1B Accepted I should be home before 8PM EST (Usa East Coast Time Zone) if you want to send the ISK and evemail the account to transfer to (in game) i will get it done this evening. Please reply to the thread to confirm you have done this. If anyone wants to bid more before he posts that he has paid feel free. ;) once posted that he accepts and has paid no more bidding shall be considered.

I've tried to transfer the toon like 20 times this mornings, keep getting this error
