The rhythmic pounding of military jackboots accompanied by an entirely less regimental shuffle gradually rose above the soft rumbles of the Shinra capital ship 'Wild Ride'. Her captain allowed himself a short wry smile that was quickly replaved by a stony faced grimace. It was difficult at times to suppress the raw emotions that his Intaakian heritage had bestowed upon him
The guardsmen approached, the sergeant-of-the-guard at the fore snapping to attention in a way that irritated the captain slightly, as the younger man prostrated himself before his commander.
"CapitainÚ, the prisoner has been recovered from the pod intact as you ordered. Although he gives the impression of injury he is undamaged and quite healthy."
The prisoner, who five seconds before had looked crushed and stooped, raised himself up to full height and glared at the sergeant. He knew the ruse had been hopelessly transparent, but to not have tried would have been to admit defeat.
"Good afternoon Mr Sav. It's certainly been a while." The captain's tone a mixture of amusement and bitterness.
"Indeed Wild." Jimmy's short snap and tone belied his anger at being captured alive by his enemy, yet marvelling at the ironies of the galaxy that his reunion withhis former compatriot should take place in this manner.
"Shall we prepare to execute the traitor capitainÚ?" Unmindful of his position on this vessel, the sergeant was desperate to relieve the prisoner of his life, and thus end ones of the leading figures of the ATUK betrayal. The propogandist Jimmy Sav, directly and indirectly responsible for the death of many men he had previously stood shoulder-to-shoulder with in defense of the Curse homeland against their many enemies. The seller of secrets to the lowest devils of the universe, the equally treacherous m0o corp, and their devious intergalactic pawns Evolution.
"What do you think Jimmy? I could certainly expect nothing less if the situations were reversed." Wildhope smiled, he hadn't been certain before, but looking into Sav's eyes he knew now his plan bore great promise.
"You can't scare me Wild, I have no fear of death." Jimmy snarled and curled his lip, "My corpse won't remain in you collection for long, our agents will soon see to that!"
Wild laughed "You flatter yourself Jimmy, to think yourself worthy of that collection. I know you have no fear of death, you believe our own agent don't know of your clone contract? No Sav, I have far grander plans for you. You may not fear death, but there are things you can be taught to fear. It often surprises me how much pain a body can endure without death."
He took time to register the surprise gathering across Sav's face, the marked loss of confidence,
"You can't, you're mad. ATUK won't let you get away with it, CONCORD would hunt you down."
"I think not. Neither CONCORD or your corpmates have the slightest idea you are here. This operation has been meticulously planned and implemented to perfection. Now go!"
The guardsmen had to drag Sav from the room, the ATUK infidel screaming as he left,
"Wild!WILD! You can't do this to me. We were friends, remember Alpha Wild? We flew together!"
As his exhortations died back below the rumbles of the 'Wild Ride', her captain returned to quiet contemplation.
Jimmy Sav had been turned once before, and betrayed his Curse brethren, but he could be turned again! The indoctrination would be so deep Sav wouldn't conciously realise his own deceit. He would return to the ATUK flock as an unwitting drone, a black sheep painted i meticulous white.
Another spy in the traitors ranks, but this time in a position of authority. Wildhope the Intaki couldn't contain his delight, but his pleasure wassoon subsumed by Wildhope, Shinra agent and ship captain of the majestic Curse Alliance
The CA would triumph again.

Call me thick, I'm not up on this stuff, but is this strictly fiction or a RP explanation/metaphor of an in-game happening (ie. did someone warp scramble Jimmy's pod and keep him there for awhile)?

I hate to flame such a good thread, but it amazes me how polite the ATUK guys are about this stuff. If ATUK were to make a similar post I can gurantee that CA would be flaming it within minutes. I applaud you ATUK.
