Just curious how many are from the land of cider, cheese, farming and real pubs? In particular the Somerset area (if there is anyone else) but also including Dorset, Cornwall etc.

I'm not too far from tractorland, in West Berkshire. We also have real pubs but prefer beer to cider.

Truro, Cornwall here. =) Plenty of pubs with different atmospheres all over the place.
Would be really good to have a meet setup with other people in the south-west.

Sometimes it's good to be a sheep.
Stupid billboard sign.
I'm interested in meeting up if it's pretty close to me, RL cash is a bit slim at the moment.
Keep me informed via evemail if you do arrange a meet :)

Edited by: Cmndr Griff on 11/04/2009 14:17:57 I actually forgot to include Wales, mainly because you have to pay to get in and it should be they pay you!
Nice to see all these replies, thank you. I am surprised to see this many fellow eve players within a few miles of my Cheddar home (yes land of the cheese and gorge).
I'd be up for a a meet up at some point for some ale/cider testing/BBQ if enough people were interested. Could be fun and it's about time the Eve players from the best part of the UK were represented!

I be in Bristol, & cider was an influence in my chosen name .
Yeah a meet would be good, I know a few pubs with wifi, & plenty of good cider houses.. but I don't know of any with both! Oh well, 5 pints of Thatchers & I'm only good for mining veld anyways..
