I am sick of warping into people's missions and seeing hundreds of yellow wrecks.
I can't tractor them. I can't loot them (without leaving myself open to getting blown up) Worst of all, the mission runner can just warp out and laugh as I die to all the rats in the mission.
This is completely unfair. Salvage is already free-for-all, and there seems to be no reason why the bits of wreckage floating in space belong to the person who blew them up. Surely concord would either view them as belonging to the previous owner (the NPC's), or leave them for anyone to take. Either way it is ridiculous that one person should be able to activate a tractor beam on a pile of wreckage, while another person can't.
CCP please fix this asap. At least 90% of your player base spend time in highsec and would benefit from this.

While I approve of your sarcastic attempt to all the others who think only about themselves in wanting salvaging to be criminal, this is not a good idea

Quoted for truth. Remember kids, physics works differently depending on who 'owns' the object in question!

Even though this is sarcastic, I feel that the game would get a good breath of fresh air if they just turned everything back to a FFA. Jet cans, loot, wrecks...everything tractorable and without flagging.
There would be a lot of tears at first but they will soon adapt. You would have a brief spike in theft but after that it would drop off significantly. The novelty and rush of the theft wouldn't be there and it would become less interesting. ------------------------------------

As people have noticed this is a parody of the other threads on the front page calling for a nerf to salvaging, but (most of) the points I make are genuine suggestions.
Also, thanks for the positive feedback so far

If you want eve FFA style, why are you afraid of getting blown after looting someone else wrecks ?
The tractor isue is other thing, i think it should work on any wreck.

I've already stated in another thread my opinion on tractor beams.
You want to kill salvagers without a sec hit go to null sec. You want to kill salvagers and don't mind the sec hit, do your missions in low sec.

you forget that the rats are criminals and killing them is rewarded from concord and this is why concord see's the loot as yours (actually in other words the second you enter another persons mission you should get flagged since you don't belong there and you are interfaring with concords intention and thereby should be flagged to the person who have the mission which you are interfaring in) ___________________________________________ Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. why?? There are enough free wrecks to salvage in mission hubs polluting the space.

First, you are making the false assumption that every single person entering a mission area is planning on hurting the mission runner. Second, I really don't think concord should care who gets the wreckage left over from a destroyed ship. If they did then surely when you kill a player ship it should belong to you, however, this is not the case, and even pirates' wrecks belong to the original owner.
Now just wait 1 second while I quote your second post (double posting FTL).

As has been clearly stated multiple times CCP feels that salvaging is a mini-profession and is NOT simply another way to boost mission rewards. As such there is no good reason for Concord to get fussy over you picking up some wreckage.
Second, nowhere in my post do I request FFA. Please learn to read before spamming and/or trolling.
Remember kids, highsec is meant to be safer (not safe)!
