what site do you think is the best wensite for EVE-online Corporation?
There was one but I can't remember there name but there whole site was flash.

I didn't say flash is the best! tho it was the best at the time and it was very well designed as well. I simply asked whats the best website you know of! now same words but there you go.
now dont get at me what or how i don't know crap about websites

Well, in my opinion the best EVE sites out there are the ones made by Chribba, InEve, Chruker's, EVE Places and EVE Guides.
Most corporation's site are just a private forum and a killmail. And that's all you need as a corporation, really.

Flash is the modern version of those lightning, fire and explosion gif-animations and midi background music of 90's webpages.

TBH I hate flash, my vote goes for one thats
Pure text based HTML/PHP and works with the client Browser
