But apparently it is time for sniper rule
and how does it work?
if noone bids, does the aucion end at 18.15.
or if i bid at 18:14 will it be prolonged till 18:24?

sniper rule works this way:
a) the end time has met (18 o'clock)
b) there has been no bid for ten minutes
so the auction is ended after there is no bid for 10min and its later than 18oclock.
this way there is no way to "snipe" the character at 17h59m59s because the auction is automatically extended for 10min.
for now, the last bid is 18h19. so the auction ends 18h29.
