First of, I don't care to buy this BP. I don't like production. It's boring and would take ALL of my EVE time to make back a 3 billion investment with a second best frig.

I may be crazy, but to me the Jaguar looks the more useful for PVP... higher speed and the additional med slot, added to 450 shields with 75% em resistance...

Give their bonuses, the two Min ships look to be for different roles. Certainly the bonuses imply that - both have optimal bonus, but one has falloff bonus the other has tracking bonus. One has good shields but poorer armour/hull, the other has poor shields but decent armour/hull, etc etc.
Think the same is probably true for all the other races ships, its not a case on one being outright better than the other just that the are better in different areas.

any chance you could take a set of screenies of all parts of the BPO?
both as proof for those who mean nothing more than doubting a stranger on the internet's claim, and for those who would be wanting to eventually have one, so they know what to start working on accumulating.

The Frig will sell very well. The problem you will have to face is the component market.
It¦s a bit crazy at the moment and it¦s not easy to get get components to a reasonable price. This will make production relatively expensive.
There are 2 options you have on first sight - to sell the BPO, or to produce the ships.
My advice : DO NOT SELL the bpo. It¦s worth much more than most people could ever pay you for it. BPO are the only asset really worth something in eve, except your corpmates and good friends.
On the other hand, it¦s not very easy to keep up production for a long time if you¦re alone - which i don¦t know.
What i can offer you would probably be a good option to keep your BPO and to start production without any hassle for you - and to be part of a big, growing community.
Think about it - you could sell it (and i would buy it if you really want to get rid of it) or you could keep it, enjoy the ownership of a really unique item , get good profits and the benefits our project can offer you .
As you can see i¦m very interrested in this print, but not at all costs. And if you know my corp. and its reputation you probably also know why :-)

But i'll be working on my frigate constuction
skill, before i can make any frigates myself,
that will take atleast 12 days, in the meantime
i will make bpc's so the people with
frig.constr.lvl5 can have a go at it.
