Greetings
This is the first lottery Black Sea Industries has ever held. It will be a trial run. As this is our first attempt, Black Sea Industries will add 20million to the pot.
First prize: 60%
Second prize: 30%
Third prize: 10% If Black Sea Industries does not decide to take the 10% cut, a third prize is given.
Quick rules:
Isk is send to the character "Black Sea". This character is a member of the Black Sea Industries Corporation.
Draw date: Monday 30th August 18:00 EvE Time in the "BS.I" Channel.
Detailed Rules:
1. No member of Black Sea Industries may enter.
1a. No alternate characters of Black Sea Industries may enter.
2. Tickets cost one million. No more, no less.
2a. Amounts paid in excess of one million will be considered a donation.
3. Black Sea Industries reserves the rights to take up to and no more than 10% of the total winning amount.
4. Records will be kept of participating players. These records will be publicly avalible, and updated. Updates may take up to 2 days at most.
Records will be held on the Black Sea Industries website.

There are a number of ways to sponsor this event, and more to come in the future.
1. For 6million ISK per week, Sponsoring corporations may display a banner on our web site. The banners must be long and narrow. For Size information and position of the banner, please check our website.
The maximum number of banners will be set to 5 a week. No more. This is because the banners rotate.
Black sea Industries is well known. With the launch of our Public Events division, we hope to draw a lot of attention to our website.
This is sure to be of benefit to developing corporations.
2. For donations to the lottery, sponsors will recieve publicity in our forum posts, and a mention in the news on our website.
Also they will get the chance to add messages and information about there corporation.
