Currently i PvP in low sec and i'm getting bored of flying around in bc's and cruisers so i want to train to fly a new ship. I'm currently working on getting all gunnery support skills up to IV then i'm thinking about training for intys or bs's.
My skills are here: http://eve-sheet.com/skills/aaronm100
Any advice on what to train for + what skills i would need to fly them effectively would be great thanks.

Judging by your Gunnery skills your leaning more towards Gallente than any other race.
Its going to take you a very long time to train up the skills to fly a battleship (T2 large guns require small, medium & large gun skills at lvl 5), so personally i'd suggest you make that a longer term goal..
Also as a newer player, losing a cruiser/frigate is going to be a lot less damaging to your wallet.
My advice (since you can use T2 scout drones?), would be to skill for Gallente Assault Frigates.
Train Gallente Frigate V & AF IV for an ishkur, then train your small T2 guns & weapon upgrades V, or train evasive maneuvoring V and develop interceptor skill too.
Then proceed to Cruiser V & Med Hybrid V to fly Heavy Assault ships, and then start thinking about your battleship, or alternatively Command cruiser skill.
If you really must get in a battleship, the best choice for you right now is probably the dominix.
Gun based Battleships require a huge sink in skill points to be effective.

Train ceptors as well, I'd train 'em before AFs. You will have insane fun in a Ranis, most support skills go hand in hand with Ishkur and Enyo anyway. True, AFs are sturdier and most of them can kill a Ranis head to head but still I love my Inties much more than the AFs... Dogfighting with other ceptors, EAS and T1 frigs is where it's at and ceptors are also more useful in gangs than the generic AFs. ---
