So I waited a few days before April and at the start of the month to see if anything would pop up, that wasn't a scam or audited by an unknown and called a scam... and nadda.
I saw a few current stocks over inflated such as METAA. I noticed EBANK was closed down for business while they do their audit. No new bonds emerged so far this month. The big 40 billion 80% secured investment was all taken up. My favorite Bond issuer Mr. Ray Mcormack has dropped off the face of the earth as far as I can see (won't reply to my mails about dividens on his old 50b bond from July 2008 that hasn't paid out lately -.- )
So what's a guy like me to do with all this extra isk lying around? The economy is booming, surely there's some reputable people that need additional capital to speed things up abit, and hopefully there's some big MD names around that can endorse it so it doesn't look like a total bust.
So any idea's/bonds/ventures being thrown around? I'd like to here some, what they need as far as capital is concerned, how they're gonna make that capital into profit, how much of it I get, and who can back them etc, the usually.
Thanks, Azerath.

On the assumption that we're talking about a few billion, I'll make my usual offer of a 9% per 90 day bond.
The funds would be included in Kwint Industries general operating capital and they would be insured by my word and assets. You can withdrawal at anytime though you'll only receive half of the accrued interest.
For the record, EBANK is presently accepting new accounts.

Excellent, I think I'll throw a bil in there and see what I can see after a month or so. I'd like to find some decent Bonds to invest in though, anyone have anything planned in the near future? there's got to be more out there currently ;) -------------------------------------------- |

Block Ships and Ammunitions Corporation (BSAC) have plenty of investment opportunities available. We have the traditional BSAC and BSAMT shares available in RESX. In addition, plenty of BSAMR shares are available 10% below IPO price in the BSAC exchange. If you are concern with liquidity, I suggest you invest in one of our Index Funds, which have a 100% liquid policy, and are available in the BSAC Exchange. For details visit our website and review the prospectus before investing. DonĘt hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

I've looked over your website a decent bit. I couldn't find a in depth explaination of how the (for example) Block Mineral Reserve Common Stock Series 3 shares: 10,000,000 per share: 1,000.00 shares 88% profits. How do the profits payout?
I would like something that is a side income. i.e. I put in a billion isk, every month that billion isk earns some money, 88% of that is paid to me. How do the 88% profit and 85% profits etc get paid out? I'm interested in investing some in the corp, as I know it has a decent reputation, but how will my isk grow and dividends be distributed?
Thanks, Azerath

We have several funds and distributions (payouts) depend on the fund.
Income Funds BSAC and BSAMT pay dividends using the typical in-game dividend mechanic. These two Funds are considered income funds, where 88-90 % of the profits are distributed, and offer no growth.
Growth Funds In contrast, ticker BSAMR and the Mineral Indices are considered growth funds, where profits are re-invested. As a result, profits are distributed in the form of additional shares, which you can sell or cash at a later time. Depending on their level of investment, BSAMR shareholders have the option of selecting between cash, re-invest, and BSAMT distributions. On the other hand, mineral index funds are 100% re-investment Funds. However, they are 100% liquid, meaning you can cash shares anytime.

Ah excellent, thank you for the explaination Block. I was wondering in regards to "BSAC and BSAMT pay dividends using the typical in-game dividend" - Are there any shares available through the corp at the starting price or are they all sold up and must be attained from players via RESX stock exchange?
Also, if they need to be purchased through RESX are none are available, do you have any new funds being created in the near future? eta on those?
Thanks for your time, Azerath -------------------------------------------- |

Ticker BSAC is fully subscribed and shares can only be purchased from other investors.
New BSAMT shares are issued as part of BSAMR distributions. BSAMR shareholders holding a Premier account (1B minimum investment) have the option of requesting BSAMR distributions (profits) in the form of BSAMT shares.

BSAC has steered away from physical shares because there isnĘt an in-game mechanic to distribute shares as dividends. All new Funds use virtual shares which are not tradable in RESX at the present time. I hope future exchanges will allowed for virtual share trading.
