I am for sale.
I'm a ultraspecialized Machariel/Vindicator pilot, with the ability to fly all the faction ships below them at maximum of abilities, or close.
I am also capable in a number of other racial ships with maximum or close to maximum of skills.

* Max Shield skills (except useless compensations)
* Max Armor skills w/compensations 5
* Max capacitor skills.
* AWU 5
* Thermodynamics 5, for all your overheating needs.
* Cynosural field 5, for all your black ops needs.
My Character :
* Chance Bowman has 3 respeccs available at this time.
* Chance Bowman is a unique name, no numbers, no crap.
* Chance Bowman has a fairly clean corporation history
* Chance Bowman is known for countless Black Ops insertions throughout Provi, carry the fun along and you have a great char!
* Very little wasted SP, even though I have Gallente Industrial 5 and Transport Ships 3, it IS awesome to be able to haul some stuff now & then, you have to admit :D
My Negatives :
* I need polishing of the drone racial specc skills
* I need to be trained with Cybernetics 5 :D
* Some random skills like scanning and the useage of nanites needs polishing.
But none of this take you more than a month.
This character only require small amounts of your time, and you have everything maxed out, right now it is 98% complete for its intended role.
+ You could train two races strategic cruisers subsystems and you have everything maxed out with the snap of your fingers.
+ Inject the command ships book, and you have the Sleipnir and Astarte with some training, ready to own.

The name that used to cause entire solar systems to dock up just by passing through.
Many epic blackops memories and kills I have thx to this pilots exploits.
Whoever buys this charater, I for one wont open fire on you in Null sec out of respect for all the good times.
Except in self defence of course.
