As you all know, Falcons are relatively strong at this point in time. Needless to say, many members of the community, including myself at times, feel it is overpowered in many ways. The most notable situation in which many members feel Falcons are simply 2G occurs in smaller fleets of under 10 men. Here, a falcon shows it's worth and is able to turn the battle in one sides favor. Many people felt that one ship should not be able to do such a thing, and the EVE community cried out in desperation for a swift and brutal nerf of this ship. And as usual, CCP laid down to the masses, recently announcing said nerf. But in their regular capitulation, CCP overlooked a key aspect of this game. Ship's like Falcons help define this game and make it more interesting. And by removing it, it is just another piece of once-loved equipment for users to spin around in stations over and over. It is for this reason that I propose a different idea. Buff Falcons. Here's how it works. Make it a 100% bonus to ECM strength. In theory, everyone will instantly begin training for this ship, and after a month or so, Falcons would be everywhere. More than they are now. There would be no need for other ships, only Falcons. As everyone is in a Falcon, no one can kill each other. The only way to defeat your opponent would be to bump their ship. Now, here is where the real fun starts. Each ship would have men in suits with weapons, and when you bumped into the opposing ship, your men would theoretically fly sideways into the other ship, landing on the side of their ship. Here, the men would pick at the enemy ship until they can breach the hull, successfully entering and slaughtering all remaining members of the ship. There would be men devoted to killing other attackers, as well as men devoted to killing the attackers of the attackers. Gradually, each team would pick away, and there would be a new patch adding in people in loinclothes who would repair the ship. There would be units devoted purely to killing siad loincloth men, as well as men devoted to killing the men devoted to killing the loincloth men. Of course, in traditional eve style, there would be skills to improve both your ships bumping capability as well as the effectiveness of said units. An example of the forementioned ship skill would be Unit Sharpshooting 1-5, a rank 3 skill that would increase the accuracy of your flying men by 3% each level. An example of a unit skill would be Guy devoted to killing guy devoted to killing loincloth men 1-5, a rank 6 skill that increases the effectiveness (damage) of the men that defend their teams loincloth men. There would also be varying weapons and tools used by said units. The men that drill into the hull of the ship, upon obtaining Hull Drilling 4, would have access to a T2 counterpart of the Driller. This driller would increase the speed in which men can drill into the hull of a Falcon. There would also be Loincloth Extension, which would increase the length of your men's loincloth. Whilst this would provide no benefit to your ship, it would make your men not feel cold and lonely in depth of space. It would also theoretically cover more of the loincloth men's rectum, saving the user of said men from washing their eyes with soap. The men that would go in and slaughter the crew of the Falcons, the Human Flesh Extractors, would enter brutally and salvage the human flesh off all members. Off course, these units would also receive considerable benefits, such as the skill Spelunking, a rank 4 skill, would increase the speed in which the HFE's would extract the flesh of the crew, as they can enter and exit the falcon hull with considerably more skill. In conclusion, I feel that this update would provide a much needed love to the game, and would increase the amount of real time strategy that a player must use. A possible future update would involve units that would mine and extract ore in order for a player to buy and purchase better units.

But this says it all: Quote: There would also be Loincloth Extension, which would increase the length of your men's loincloth. To those who can't be bothered reading that rather imposing wall of text, he's saying CCP are doing a great job and have come up with the perfect solution to Falcons. ________
