Thanatos In Domain, with a level 4 agent (yes you can use them for missions) and there is also 12 belts in system.
Fittings : Cap rep, Cap remote rep and 10 fighters

can i ask a question, is the value so high because its in high sec?
just curious how a ship worth 1bil max has sold for so much so quick :)

Probably because you can do level 4 missions ridiculously fast and safely.
But, there is the acceleration gate problem.
