not a huge amount of news.
Tech 2 production guide
Guide to the API's
Test Flight aimed at newer players for different roles of ships - mining, missions & pvp.
Post patch quiet news period i'm afraid - but as ever all done with class.

The last issue was Tech I production, this issue is Tech II production. It's just logical.
