So i just got an email from customer support saying my account has been reactivated and I did not reactivate my account. My account did not get stolen as its got the same pw to it.
Has this happened to anyone before?

Oh thats to draw more revenue from people that dont play anymore. Start that monthly billing back up without them knowing :).

It still might be stolen. They might have just forgot to change the PW, or thought you wont notice since it was inactive anyway.
Because I dont see CCP renewing your account for free..  Ok I know SOE did it a few times with SWG, but that game sucked and needed new players horribly. CCP dont..  )
So if I where you I would petition it to CCP asking if they have given you free time, or at least check why your account was activated. If someone did it, ask to check if it have been accessed, and if it has report it as being hacked.

I would change the password immediately and ask CCP to look into it. Something is fishy.

While I was taking a break from Eve, CCP did reactivate my account for two weeks as part of a promotion to get me to return.

So i changed my pw. In my account info its showing "Recurring Payment for 1 Month EVE Subscription" with "Authorized with confirmation code: (code)" This charge or what ever goes back 7 months but I don't remember ever seeing on my bill so who knows.

I think I had this happen to me (maybe I forgot, that's always a possibility - but I specifically remember canceling...)
I'm on the 3 month subscription, canceled but it kept going for another 6 months (I'm currently on the second half of that :/). It definitely wasn't stolen as the password hadn't been changed in the whole time it had been active, and all of my assets were still there, and I was still in the same system. So, dunno :/.

Id log in but i dont have the game installed and doubt it would run on my computer anymore. Just waiting to hear back from support.
