My setup has been for small group pvp:
High:
200mm II x 4
Small Nos II
Med:
AB II
Warp Scrambler II
Low:
SAR II
200mm Rolled Tungsten
Energized reactive II
Magnetic Plate II
Rigs:
Projectile Burst
Projectile Collision
I like the damage and the survivability. But after quite some time of using it I've come to the reluctant conclusion that's it's just not fast enough for small group pvp. The rigs have also quadrupled in price since I started to use it and the magnetic plate II is too hard to find often in 0.0. When I rework it to put a MWD on - the SAR II runs through the cap too fast. I need a MWD setup. I'm not liking what I'm coming up with. Anyone have something that's been successful?

They're also low slot modules. What he means is a cheap module (a small remote armor rep or nosf or whatever) to decrease the susceptibility of his guns to overheating damage.
