Hello I'm a returning player,currently trying to get my bearings back to the game. I first started off in revII i think..can't exactly recall. And grew up in Providence nullsec for pvp action. I come here asking how is life in null spaces now. Is NRDS intel channels still full of QQ'ers saying "you ******* are nearby and didnt help me WTF" / "O NOES A RED FLEET HIDE" (i.e provi) and full of wrong standing fiascos. If you live/run in Not Blue shoot it space,what are some pros and cons to it? I never got my feet wet in that kind of space but i imagine it would be fun seeing any neut that you can actually shoot at,but is it a blob fest for that case? Your answers and opionions are greatly appreciated as I hope to get back in action in null ^_^ Thanks

I've got my pvp guy in provi right now,for the intel channels if you smartly post if your under attack people will come and try to help you if they can and so far not bad support I must say. To the red fleet hide part, er kinda people duck their heads but some people do put up a fight. Standings issues always happen its part of the null life, I'm used to it for the past 3 years now. Can't tell you anything for nbsi space

The smart thing to do when reds come is hide. Then you can start making a fleet, but everyone attacking immediatly is not that smart.
I wouldnt say standing problems dont happen, with people having others reds who arent kos in providence, but it is neglectable.
Edit: What is the question anyway? Is it a blob fest? Depends on space. 95% (more probably) of 0.0 space is nbsi. Some blob, some throw a titan on everything they see, some dont.

I'll agree, if a fleet of reds come running after them ASAP is just going to land you on the wrong end of a killmail. If a pirate persists in the area, a small gang will form and deal with him most of the time.
