Version 3.0 is in beta stage at the moment and it includes options for managing two different installations, among other awesome stuff, stay put, it might be released soonÖ
Why limit it to two? Alot of people use more then two clients/installations.

I read the whole thread and someone mentioned something about starting the clients with '/end /LUA:OFF', what does that do?
With /LUA:OFF the EVE client will save all settings in the client directory instead of the users profile. That is somewhat helpful if you a) maintain several clients on one box and/or b) carry the EVE client on a memory stick. I dont know what /end does.

The "client view windows" feature makes my fps drop from 60 (vsync on) to below 15. Even if I hit this accidently only and dont open a new window.

Well it does not work for me. Core i7 920 + nvidia gtx280 with the 190.34 driver. Two clients at 1920x1200 with max details at 60fps and each client window drops fps to roughly 25% - 60 to below 15 (one window) to below 5 (two windows). Closing the windows does not restore fps I need to restart the client.

Collection of feature requests:
- the feature to open clients from inside EWMH needs to support one more client (or better make the numner configurable)
- predefine the screen on which a client gets opened if it is started by EWMH
- have a function to "swap" 2 active clients between two screens

why?
i play eve in fullscreen-windowed mode to switch to other applications while playing (browser, teamspeak, ...).
if i use window helper (great tool!!), i cannot switch to the apps with the windows taskbar and if i want to minimize the the eve client, its a long way to do that.
please :))
What happened to your alt- and tab-keys?
