I have previously created an EVE account and started playing but have now purchased the Special Edition box which has a 60day game card amongst other bonus items.
It says on the activation site that "If you would like to redeem the bonus items, you must use the NEW EVE USER button to create a new account. The bonus items can then be traded to the character of your choice."
Does the above mean that I can trade the items to my existing account (if I create a new one) ALONG WITH THE 60DAY GAMETIME or will I only be able to trade the bonus items and the 60 days will be associated to my 2nd account?

The 60 days will be added to your new toon, as will the items. The items can then be traded using the normal means to your existing character. ——— “If you're not willing to fight for what you have in =v=… you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.” — Karath Piki |

Are the game time code stackable ? We don't lose any time if used before the end of a paid/trial time ?

Added to my toon? What's a toon? Sorry I'm a newbie :)
So after that I'm still not sure if I can transfer my game time as well as my items to my existing character.

Actual game time is never transferrable between characters — only game time codes (through GTCs and PLEXs). Once that code has been applied to give a character game time, the code is spent and the time starts counting down.
Since you have to apply the code to create the new character that will receive the bonus items, you have a choice: you either can give your existing character the time (and lose the items) or give him the items (and spend the time on the new character). ——— “If you're not willing to fight for what you have in =v=… you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.” — Karath Piki |

You can either:
A: Create a new account with 60 days of gametime. (on that account) That account gets the other bonus items (VIP Pass, Shuttle), which are tradable to your current account.
B: Add 60 days to your current account in the form of 2 30day PLEXes. (or sell them in game) Bonus items cannot be redeemed if you add 60 days to your current account.
I haven't done either myself, but that is how it was described by a dev.
"The sky above the port was the color of a television, tuned to a dead channel."

Can I not convert the time code to PLEX under the new account and sell to my existing one?
