Something that would augment command ships would be nice.
CS cover wings of the fleet, the Fleet Command ship covers the FC position, augmenting and maybe adding in a few bouses of its own.
Smaller and more mobile (and able to be used in cyno jammed systems by attacking forces) than a titan, yet augmenting the fleet in a similar manner.
Perhaps if its in the right position, it raises the bonuses of the command ships a bit more, and gives a seperate bonus like the titan (cap, shield, ect). Perhaps something like fleet wide tracking enhancement, or optimal buffing from coordinated targeting.
If its not in its proper fleet placement position, it gives no bonus at all.
Basically, so long as it doesn't make command ships obsolete, it would be cool to see the Tier 3 BS get a T2 version.
