That's just a little thank you message for the beautiful monument that has been anchored in JITA.
I made a screenie of it and love it so much that I made it my background, hehe. It reminds me so much of the excellent Trinity trailer.

When you win the alliance tournament you get to put up a monument. Maybe PL put theirs in Jita?

No, I think that's the BURN EDEN one, when they solved that riddle thing. They chose to put it right in front of 4-4.

Meh, just looks the same as the new premium graphics one they put in Amarr.
Someone pointed it out to me the day after Apocypha 1.0. We played around in frigs trying to sit on its head and fly up its nostrils.

This is the model that is originaly placed at the amarr emperor family academy station, it appear on some mission too i think.

I read that the PL monument was put up in amamake ( from EON mag #015)

That monument belongs to Burn Eden's......
Shin Ra
and
Heinky.
They solved a riddle a few YEARS ago that lead to a few unique prizes at the time... like the first monument and T2 WCS.
Again the tournament monument for PL was NOT a unique gift and not the first. This monument has been up for about 2 years i think.
I may not be BE anymore but they are still the BEST small group of pvp'ers out there.
