Yes little one, itĘs not the loss but the defeat of those pilots at CVA hands.
hakera included Frig losses in this original statement, should they not all be included? or is such reasoning beyond you?
And I believe you only had one more BS kill then us in that (more then 2 v 1) engagement?

Hmmm, muder begats murder and your butchery will inevitably result in an increase in cruelty towards slaves. SPCS statistics show that whenever you thugs indulge your thirst for violence, Amarrian holders, worried about possible uprisings, take actions against slaves in their care.
It makes my life very difficult as the SPCS then has to deal with an influx of beaten up adoptees and has to fork out for a media awareness campaign to remind Amarrians of their responsibilities towards their adopted workforce.
And the pityful response from you muggers is typically, 'better to die than live in servitude' or some such nonsense.
It's clear that we care more for these people than you do.
Never-the-less, congratulations on your hollow victory.
PS - losses seem fairly even to me, in terms of capital ships at least. Still, you seem to be getting organised and mustering larger fleets, which appears that you are able to learn after all. This is encouraging and proves that I was right about you not all being imbeciles.

Originally by: DarkMatters Matsuat'aa Matari communications in not yet up to scatch, i see from my just looking at my own kill logs you are missing 2 losses.
Decujo Brut - Rifter - Lustrevik (part of the fleet battle) Scaramouche - Rifter - Amarr (part of you "Raid" fleet)
indead it apears that the massively outnumberd CVA fleet which stood its ground against 2 to 1 odds inflicted 9 kills that night compared to the minmatar 8,
You are correct darkmatters, those are losses on our side to.

You must remember my dear pragantist brother, 2 frigs vs 1 bs the frigs are unlikely to claim a victory over the BS but still counts as 2 v 1 odds. Just remember not everyone can fly a Battleship.
A major portion of your force was in battleships and Imperial Dreams arn't valid targets for some of our forces, plus after the loss of Al's Typhoon. Left us 2 Battleship's down and doesn't include those who couldn't fire at your allies.
I would say you still held the numerical advantage in terms of firepower, but we still held the gate at the end of the battle.
I admit our efforts were dis-organised, though some people having serious pod to ship interface problems could explain that. A bit more co-ordination and you would of suffered far heavier loses. -----------

Edited by: zoolkhan on 24/08/2004 09:41:24 It was a hounour and a pleasure to fight with you Matsuat'aa Matari and FoM + PRM pilots.
leading (al, bl3ach) was excellent this time.
clear commands made, and followed.
This warms up my old soldiers heart. ---- To the pie-whiners.
Many months we have been constantly outnumbered but still stitched you whenever possible often died under worse circumstances than you yesterday. (i still remeber how i jumped into a 20+ ships fleet)
Now, dont even think about telling us our victory is worth nothing because you were outnumbered this time.
It was up to you to assemble forces. We all know from your show off's in the past that you have the numbers (in opposite to us until MM got their war declaration fixed)
So it is your own logiistic problem if your pilots decide to stay docked. dont blame us.
However, you died in honour, as usual i must admit.
And for a change i kept my ship, huh? (thanks khaldorn for keeping up the tradition:)
I hope the CCP-will one day fix the space-time-shifting effects that turns sensor views into slideshows..
zoolkhan salutes
to all fallen pilots on both sides, my deepest respect.

Greetings Brethren. It was a good batle indeed. Can someone confirm this kill Jobe Katarn- PIE Inc. - Apocalypse - Lustrevik? I saw him go down, so if it is that would make 9 ships destroyed. But due to battle interverence my logs did not record the battle.

Imperial Dreams has once again entered the fight against the minmatar terrorists who seek to destabilise our noble empire. We could not stand idly by watching our Allies have all the fun. Although once the main battle was joined I was dismayed at the interference which resulted in my ships control interface to Delay (DE_LAGGG) my commands to my ships systems. Was a fine battle and well fought on both sides although we were unable to fire on several of the enemy fleet due to Concords Laws. I was surprised at the interference levels as I have had less problems in a 100 ship battle in the depths of lawless space than this fight in Lustrevik. I can only surmise that Concord is somehow manipulating these events in some way. Perhaps their criminal flagging system has unwanted side effects in space?
Still Matsuat'aa Matari should be aware that Imperial Dreams now stands ready to aid our CVA brethren and we will ever be allies to the cause. ----/ / /-----<[]>-----\ \ \---- Head of House Rahl Warleader of the Rahl Clans

Most freed slaves who still have family left in the evil clutches of the Amarr have a burning desire to see their loved ones free. As such many of them join the cause in one way or another, helping in whatever small way they can. Hoping upon hope that the next slave returned home is their loved one. So do not try and goad us into an undignified response rodj.
Slavery is no joke. You and your kind shall be stamped out, maybe not in my lifetime, maybe not in my daughter kainda's lifetime but one day....

@ Zoolkhan - we were not whining - just stating fact and explaining the circumstances as you guys do on every occasion too.
@ Cribb - Jobe Katarn did not loses his Apocalypse - as stated our BS losses were exactly the same as yours with three battleships (2 PIE & 1 Imperial Dreams) being downed as well as several support ships on either side...

Edited by: Hakera on 24/08/2004 12:00:39 While we had numbers, the actual number of capital ships was almost identical on both sides. After Al haquis and Horaio fell, we were actually matched until the first Pie ship fell and two ore of our capital ships arrived. But yes, we had more support ships as you quite rightly point out.
In a de-brief we indentifed many internal failings of the battle. I assure you CVA pigs, we work hard to unite the forces of good againt you. Our result last night was mostly more numbers on our side.
The next time we meet, we shall be ready for you.

Though I understand the Amarrians ended up falling back, It hardly seems a victory for the Matar to me. The Amarrians held their ground and killed almost as many Matari as they lost, even under the pressure of superior numbers.
I admire the bravery of both fleets, the Amarrians desperately defending the Empire, the Matari bravely engaging them where they are most powerful.
Keep up the good fight Matari, may freedom come to you all one day.

Early This morning - Pator System
The elders of Freelance Unincorporated had gathered together in a private drinking chamber in the Quafe Station.
The meeting went on long into the morning and by the end the cellars were in danger of running dry. It was believed Zoolkhan had drunk the last of bottle of his favourite vintage and had to make do with the cheap stuff.
One by one the warriors staggered back to their cells and collapsed, their work was done.
A few hours later the cleaning staff began to pick through the debris scattered around the chamber. One of them unravelled a screwed up label from one of the wine bottles. Someone had been using it as a notepad......
