It is not an international law, although other jurisdictions may have their own similar laws resembling the DPA in one or any of name, acronym or content. These were images that he made publically available, and I was not even linking directly to the pictures he posted of his family members - I was linking to threads on my forums in which he had posted them. Essentially, I was not linking his personal pictures - I was linking him linking his personal pictures.
