If i remember corectly, ms. Jake said something about only rkk having a nap with moo/evol , and moo shooting nca lackies and so on..
Basically DigitalCommunist admits that NCA (with exclusion of NORAD) works with pirates in allied/NAP structure. Fighting for better tommorow :)

When is that said time ?
The time should be when you log on next mate and not after 8 months 
"MATE" the time will be when i'll be sure i wont have to take care of 3yr old in the middle of the fight. Thank you. Some ppl have lives you know.
Besides, this is a matter between me and jade. Go mind your own buisnees MATE.
