Posting to inform possible bidders that this toon indeed does have kill rights against him. Beware as if you purchase this toon you have a high probability of having some enemies after you.
In the end, buyer beware. Makes you wonder what else has been neglected with this toon's description.

You make it sound like a conspiracy that the character has kill rights on him. First of all, I find it ironic that someone red to the GBC and this character's current corp is trying to make it sound like he's trying to scam people with his character sale. Second of all, to my knowledge the character is still in use, and possibly got kill rights against it due to actions that took place since this auction was originally posted.
Barabis is one of the most straightforward honest guys I know in EVE. Had anyone asked the question directly without insinuating some kind of insidious plan to misinform people, the question likely would have been answered in kind.
Also, just about everyone in EVE who isn't a carebear has some enemies. This is not a valid argument not to buy a character who is and was actively used in PvP.

Maybe if you had pointed out the issue in a way that wasn't a clear attempt to dissuade people from bidding, your "I was just quoting the rules" garbage would hold some weight.

This Character is a awsome one
Thats all that needs to be said really u have all 4 races on one char not to mention sweet gunnery skills and at 74 mill sps i would of snatched it up in a heat beat .

Kinda answered ure own question there when you convo'd me on 3 dif occasions tonight I told you i was in the middle of a fleet op so after the convo's and the mails you where getting rather annoying anyone who's in the middle of a pvp op will tell us as much, Char is for sale and i told you when the auction was finished which stated in the original post is the 19th of this month.
P.s If you like I can post the chat logs me and you have had.

show me one auction in this forum that states auction, All say want to sell not the way they would like to sell said char and please note on note one occasion during our convos was i childish and i was nothing but polite to you so please retract your comment, Or if you like I could post our convo's.

Repeatedly convoing and mailing someone in the middle of a PvP op is downright rude. I was FCing the op, and bara told me what was going on and I told him to block you if you kept convoing him. He was too polite and nice to do that though, and tried to answer your questions and assertively inform you that he was flying in a PvP op, and it was not the appropriate time to answer every single question you had.
This guy has been acting like a child since his first post, and unless he wants to make a serious bid that is HIGHER than the starting bid AND the other current bids, he should keep his mouth shut.
If you have questions Hipocrite, how about taking 15 minutes to figure out EVERYTHING you want to ask, and then POSTING the questions in a reasonable manner here in this topic where they should be, instead of harassing the poor guy every 10 minutes while he's in the middle of PvPing.
