Hello MD, I am looking to secure another bond after the success of my first.
The Basics
I am looking for a bond of 3B, to be repaid in 30 days at an overall interest rate of 10%. My first bond was for a smaller amount, (1B), but I achieved much better growth than I anticipated despite unforeseen circumstances limiting my playtime (These have now been resolved.) The Goal
I am looking to continue on and expand my business, which as listed in my original bond, is mainly manufacturing. I also usually reserve around 20% of my ISK to station trade during production cycles, which supplements my income nicely. Furthermore, I recently purchased a freighter with some of the profits from my last bond, which has made production time drastically shorter, as I no longer have to wait several hours for a courier company to deliver my goods, meaning I can constantly have a production cycle and not lose out on time. This will inevitably significantly boost my profits.
The Risks
Like my previous bond, I intend for this one to also be uncollateralized. All of my isk is usually constantly tied up in production cycles or buy/sell orders. Hopefully a 10% interest rate is enough to balance the risk/reward part of this bond out.
You may also cash out of the bond at any time, provided you give me three days notice. Interest will be paid at 2.5% a week for each week you were an investor.
The Terms
- 12 x 250M bonds.
- I ask for the right to be able to pay off the bond in full at any time, with full interest of 10% included with the principal.
- Start Date: 5th May
- End Date: 4th June
