A 15 run BPC will allow you to build up to 15 of those items. However, you still have to have the materials with which to do so. If the cost of materials + the cost of the blueprint is less than what you can sell it for, you did alright, otherwise you may have wasted your money.

Drakes actually sell for around 31m You can see the EVE Metric report for them here
The materials cost is actually around 28m
So if your BPC cost you 5.1m you won't turn a profit until run 4 on that BP and the total possible profit outlay if prices remain pretty stagnant is approx 25m. This is of course across 3000 minutes of slot time or 50 hours of production cycle time.
You'll also have to gather the following in minerals (in millions) 36.8 trit 9.2 pye 2.5 Mex .263 Iso .186 Noc .054 Zyd .012 Mega |

Not quite sure I follow you. If you are suggesting that you can get 75mil/ 15 run BPC of a drake, I'd advise you to sell while you can:)

Ah, ok. Was going to say, was browsing the sell forums, and this guy: http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1029288
is selling 15 runs for 8 mil. Which may still be overpriced. 75 mil was like

You have a BPC (blueprint copy), the person is trying to buy a BPO (blueprint original) for about 20-25% it's selling price (I believe NPC sell price is somewhere around 300 million isk). A BPO has unlimited runs and can be copied (producing BPCs like the one you have). It can also be researched to make it use materials more effiicently and speed up production somewhat.

That's basically right but you don't understand how the mechanics work.
First off, there is a difference between BPC and BPO. You CAN put BPOs on the market or sell them to buy orders, etc. BPCs (which have the same icon as BPOs) can only be sold through contracts. That buy order for a 15 run BPC incidentally wasn't for a 15 run BPC. It was for a BPO.
Secondly, usually buy orders for blueprints are ridiculously less than the blueprint is actually worth. If you somehow managed to get ahold of a Drake BPO the last thing you would want to do is throw it to a buy order for 75m isk. You'd be losing hundreds of millions of profit.
Third and last, the 'station' doesn't buy anything. There are player buy orders and NPC buy orders. NPC buy orders only exist for trade goods and maybe one or two random other modules that CCP is trying to remove from the game. They have a 365 day duration and are easily distinguished from player buy orders, which have a max 90 day duration. In my opinion selling to buy orders at all is stupid (unless you need to dump a ton of inventory really fast) but that's a conclusion you need to come to yourself.

I see you are not familiar with the market system.
you don't have to sell to the existing buy orders.
You can place your own sell order by tweaking the price, quantity, and duration when selling your stuff. It will take time to be sold however. The default sell order window (which pops up when you click on the 'sell this item' from the menu) does not allow you to do this but if you click on the advanced option (bottom right) the window will change and let you configure you order.
See all those sell and buy orders in the market screen? They are all placed by players. If you just click ok in sell window, you are actually selling to the highest buy order 'in range'(highlighted with green) placed by other player. That guy is willing to wait couple hours~months to have his buy order filled up in order to buy things at the price he wants instead of buying 'immediate' from the sell orders at the seller's price. The same goes for the sell orders. These people are willing to wait some time to have their stuff sold at the price they want.
