They are planning on nerfing the logistics ship,
however the reason for nerfing is so they can boost the range of the module the use.

LOGISTICS CAN GENERATE CAP, YES PULL CAPACITOR OUT OF THIN AIR, AND REPAIR EACH OTHER WITH THE SAME CAP THAT THEY ARE PULLING OUT OF THIN AIR. HOW CAN WE EVER COUNTER THIS????? Oh yeah ECM. So by CCP nerfing ECM they are boosting logistics.
