Why I Like Eve by Cachorro Louco
Why do I like Eve? To start off I am a computer game *****. If a computer game looks half way decent and has nothing to do with sports I will buy it. Heck, I sometimes buy on the first day of release (and I know deep down THAT is a BAD thing to do). But, alas, as I wrote, I am a computer game ***** and can use that has a reason for my weakness.
I work in an office building that is about a mile from a mall that has two (yes two) computer game stores in it. This is VERY bad for a computer game *****. Especially one that has no willpower when it comes to saying NO. Around lunch time everyday (if I don't feel like taking a nap in my office because I stayed up late playing a computer game) I will go to the mall and see if I can get another fix for my habit.
In a normal month I usually spend up to $150 (not including tax) on computer games. Those computer games sometimes collect dust for a month before I get around to em. In fact I still have some setting on the computer desk. These are games that I bought before Christmas.
Now I know you are asking "What the Sam Hell does this have to do with Eve?" and I think some of you are asking "When is he going to get to the sex part? He did say he was a computer game *****". Well, to make a long story short, I like Eve because it has saved me almost $200 because I have not gone to the mall since I bought the game on May 8th.

Mad Dog says: Bet I'm the only true Reverend in the game. It says so on the printout I got from an Internet site. |

Well congrats, I hope EVE continues to provide you with your daily needed dosage.
"The human species suffers from a dimensional limitation. They are not able to understand that matter and mind are just one aspect of something more fundamental. We must strive to expand our perspective so we can see what our true reality is." Deep toughts by Mr.Pops, while consuming large quantities of Blue Pill and staring at the EVE gate in Genesis.

This is the reason I like MMORPGs in general. I've been on several.
The Realm Everquest Earth and Beyond and now EVE
Before this I would spend $50+ per month on computer games.... So the monthly fees for these games DOES save money. :)

The EVE gate? Is it safe for a relative new character to go there and have a look or is it swarming with pirates?

Outof,
If you try to exit the EVE gate you will get your ass so humped by the most evil band of nasty NPCs that you could never imagine. One of our best corpies found the systems that lead to the gate and lost a cruiser when 6 cruisers jumped out of nowhere and attacked her.
Also, its not a "gate" per say. We have pics of it.
If you feel like suicide....open your map and takes guesses at the system names...you may guess correctly.

what I like about eve is that you can do things like the scam. I have never had a better time in a computer game than when people fell for our stupid trap and we got tens of millions by doing absolutely nothing :)

you know, everytime someone brags about their scamming, they get an instant "lowest relationship possible" or whatever on their slider bar. Which I usually forgot why later, and blast them anyway.
Be quiet. :) ______________________

eve is great but it doesnt essentially 'save' me money
the last games i remember buying are vampire the masquerade, soldier of fortune, deus ex...
i cant stand all the new fancy graphics+****ty 1day gameplay+worthless story crap
i'll prolly never find games like deus ex or system shock again in the shelves
but lazy devs and greedy publishers are nothing really new
