First of all, what I can offer:
3 Chars
-14.5 mill Indy char. Owns & Flies Exhumers, Orca, Itty 5 (w/ 38k space) and Obelisk. Less than a week to mindlink.
-15.5 mill Indy/PVP char. Char started as Indy char and has moved towards PVP after gaining the ability to fly exhumers. Currently working on flying HICs (2 weeks out). Then he will be focusing on other subcap ships and gunnery skills. Able to fly up to BS for Caldari and Amarr. On T2, can fly AF, Recon, and Covert Ops.
-29 mill Cap/PVP pilot. Focused mostly on PVP. Owns and flies a Thanatos. Currently working on Carrier 5 (about a week left) and then moving on to Jump Freighters.
What I'm looking for:
-Corp focused on Industrial but has a side of PVP and is capable of defending territory. If your corp is all industrial but has Alliance ops, that's fine.
-Corp actually in need of my services where I'm not just another number in your member count
-Corp with active and defined leadership
-Although I'd prefer 0.0, I'd be willing to go high/low sec and leave the carrier for a few months.
-Corp with ACTIVE US-PST players. I play 0100-0600 Eve time, so if you don't have players active during those times, don't bother replying.

What about a mostly PVP corp that has industry side? We are in 0.0 with good ores to mine. We are currently looking to add a few more warm bodies, and picking up a few industry guys.
