Raven usual fit, fit is fine, have 1 tractor 1 salvager. burn through missions
i sit there and look with my raven which could be the issue but i barely am breaking 15m a day doing missions and its kind of feeling like a waste of time.
How can i make decent money with l4's i already know what to spend LP on and what to sell thats not an issue and currently my real only source of L4 income.

by 15mil per day, how long does that take you? are you counting your lp, loot, and salvage in there? also looting and salvaging in a battleship can be very inefficient.
upgrading to a navy raven or a golem should decrease mission complete times.

I've not started doing any lvl 4's, but with social skills like Military & Political Connections for greater LP awards and Negotiation at 3 i
would say i'm between 15-20M/hour doing lvl 3's.

I guess it depends where you mission? I do level 4's for Republic fleet, ignoring LP I expect to make around 20-30 mill off each mission on average.
Some missions you make 20mill off bounties alone.
There's often good money in the loot, even simple stuff can sell nicely to the market, MWD's, AB, reppers, weapons, etc. often worth several hundred thousands if not millions each. don't recycle everything!
If you're not really familiar with the market, you can 'check market value' on items until you get a feel for it.

Well, making 15 Mil from this mission requires some very refined marketing skills and a good portion of unscrupulousness. Only way I can imagine is crying in Jita Local something like: "CHEAP: RARE 'WARNING ABOUT SISTER ALITURA' ITEM! GET YOUR UNIQUE ENTRANCE CARD TO EPIC MISSION ARC NOW!!! Oh, I'm very sorry. It's a misunderstanding. I wasn't sarcastic because he earns "only" 15 Mil but because of my irritation about obviously missing important information to get a serious or helpful answer. There is nothing to complain about 15 Mil per day if you run one L4 mission every second day (like me because I'm not able to "burn through missions"). The OP didn't say that he runs more...

My guess would be that he's not looting, not salvaging, not burning, and using a Q-20 agent in a .9-1.0 system. Lots of missing information in the original post, though, as has been pointed out.

Join ingame channel Red Horizon and have a chat there. People in that channel are quit adapt in mission running for the most part and don't mind sharing the information about how to make ISk by doing lvl 4's.

OP - how many hours, do you loot, do you salvage, what social skills (negotiation/military connections/political connections) do you have, do you have a dedicated salvager, what quality agent are you working with, what sec system are you based out of?
I do lvl 4s out of dodixie at a lax pace in a myrmidon and make about 20 mil an hour. how on earth you're making so little boggles my mind.
