I realise this might sound like an odd question at first:
If I'm sat on a gate in low-sec and am remote sensor boosting the tanked tackler, will I: a) become flagged when he does for aggression on the unsuspecting Rifter b) become flagged when starting a new cycle of the module which is boosting my dangerous friend c) not become flagged if the sensor booster is already running when he commits the heinous act of attacking the poor Iteron pilot or d) none of the above?
Basically, do you require a tanked booster as well as the tackler? I would instinctively say A) but have never had any experience of this particular scenario myself.

You will be flagged for remote SB and remote rep. The sentry guns will cycle on you and shoot your ship if you're in range (150km I think).

You will get aggro from the gate guns, and as the person above me said you have to be 150 km away. That distance is from the guns, not the gate. You'll be even further from the gate than 150 km.

150km from the gate in my experience. distance from the guns is irrelevant.

Thanks for the replies guys, yeh I'm aware of the flagging rules and the gun ranges, I was just wondering in what way it goes about immediately flagging you when you've already got the SeBo running at the time. As you say, it just needs testing, was hoping someone had found out and knew exactly. Thanks though.
