What I mean is, will I manage to earn 300+ millions every month?
How many hours should I play a day/week to get that amount?
And which is the best way? Mining in a Hulk? Missioning in a Raven? Trading?

the way i hav tried is to rat in 0.0 in one of the good regions (you need to be in a corp out there to do this and you NEED a battleship)
takes about 10 days to make the 300 isk that way... theres probably better ways.. and frankley the best way is to pay with real money and sub, as you will spend so long playing to earn isk to play that you stop playing to have fun.

Trading is the best way to make ISK by far if you have the patience and the mind for it. However paying for the game with ISK is generally something for veteran players who know all the ins and outs and have the SP to match. If everyone could do it from the start the price would go through the ceiling.
Don't expect to be able to do it until at least six months in unless you want to work at Eve as a job. In which case you need therapy.

I just started a couple of months ago. Finding it pretty easy to raise the isk to pay for my alt through farming AE, etc.

I think if you go down this road, eve stops being a game which you play to have fun and becomes an entirely different beast... which WILL comes through your kneecaps and take your life away UNSC- United Nations Space Command |

wise words lol you dont want to play for paying the game. Its the reverse way.
Taking it seriously: I agree from 6 months you can mantain the account with isk, provided you play at least 1hour each day (missioning or mining will give you 10 millions each hour so do your calculations). Above that, profit!!
There are other jobs such as research or trading which can give you isk while you on job/school. But trading is not a secure income, too much competition out there.

It depends on your time sink & profit/hr. I've been using isk to pay for my 2 accounts for a while, it's not hard really..

hard? no time? less than a week playing 3-4 hours a day doing missions reasonably inefficient. fun? no boring? yes
other facts. easiest way to make money: mining make to most money: trading most fun: blow other players up

The way I see it is, even if you made minimum wage (US) it would take you about two hours to make enough to pay for a month of game time. Now compare that with how many hours it would take you to make 350m ISK as a newer player. I would rather spend that time on having fun, and that isk on buying ships, skills, and modules.

Assuming you can earn 30 mil ISK/hour (reasonable for running L4's), then if you work in a country where you get paid less than $1.50 USD per hour it's worth it for you to run missions to earn your game time. Otherwise you're losing money AND turning your game into a job when you could be earning that income IRL and buying ISK to have fun.

LMAO I think theres some manipulation here, you know, like these forums are read by hundreds of users, and certain people wont like them to think pay with isk is easy.
Yes, it is easy, thats why many many people have from 2 to even 12 accounts... them all paid with isk. The more accounts, usually Hulk-oriented, the more isk. The limit is: computer resources, and user micromanaging (real life) skills.

Oh my...
eh?... What's the problem with buying ISK by selling PLEX's or GTCs? If your goal is to have fun, and you need some additional ISK, it's perfectly acceptable. What's your objection?

I think he may have believed you meant buying isk from sites that sell game currencies, and not from PLEX and GTC sales.

I manage to maintain two accounts running an average of 1 level 4 mission a night, looting & salvaging, and mining the mission-space belts that look nice.
