I always love that comment. I mean who's to say who is or isn't a time waster, and how are you supposed to know before you make an offer whether you'll be considered a timewaster or not?

A time waster is someone who can not follow up on their bid and can not deliver. Pretty simple really. I have cash, if you have a ship to sell you are a genuine bidder.
Even Don Zola wasnt a time waster, a joker maybe but definately not a waster :)

I'd say you're the timewaster here. Battleships are always cheapest on the general market, unless you make your own (which is pretty close to that price anyway)

But surely if someone is really trying to sell a ship that they do not have then they are quite prepared to waste thier own time too and are therefore unlikely to care whether or not the advert says "no time wasters please". Anyway, it's not important but I'll stick to my view of it being a completely useless phrase to add to any advert, in Eve or RL.
