Because of your false promises, I have two days of unnecessary studied me the ability to "Cybernetics", in order to use the gift you promised implants
Memory Augmentation Standard and Cybernetic Subprocessor Standard.
but when it came to choosing a gift you are stuck us other implants.
Limited Memory Augmentation - Beta and
Limited Cybernetic Subprocessor - Beta
bad way to cheat the players is very bad.
So I ask you to reduce the skill "Cybernetics" to level 2 and increase the skills of:
Energy Management level 3
Acceleration Control level 3
Afterburner level 4
Jury Rigging level 3
Weapon Disruption to Level 2
These skills I wanted to get into these two days, but because of your false promises, I spent them on a study of skill "Cybernetics" |

Actually as it turns out, the +4s were an implant option. You must have just picked the wrong set. Don't know if there's any way to fix that now though. They're certainly not going to move those skill points around though.
Also, get cybernetics to V and get some +5s. Your skill queue will thank you later.

Look on the bright side now, you don't need to train that later on when you can buy your +4's.......

You chose the wrong gift package, the +4's are part of "Refine Your Skills" whereas you chose "Plug And Play" which give's +2's. |

They did do as promised, and give out 2x +4 implants..
Refine Your Skills - Memory Augmentation Standard and Cybernetic Subprocessor Standard (Implants) + Scrapmetal, Ice and all other ore Processing (Skillbooks)
That was the one you wanted. You selected :
Plug and Play - Full set of +2 Attribute Implants (Limited Ocular Filter Beta, Limited Neural Boost Beta...etc...)
Not CCP's fault you didn't read. |

Not troll answer. Let this thread die. Send a petition. Tell them your a non native english speaker and you selected the wrong gift by mistake. Tell them which gift you do want. Which is the "Refine Your Skills" one.
They may help you out when they finally get to your petition or they may not. |

If you try to go to the gifts page again after selecting it gives you this mesage. "Our systems show that you have already claimed your gift. If you believe this is in error, please contact Customer Support." https://support.eveonline.com/Pages/Petitions/CreatePetition.aspx
Follow that direction and stop posting. |
