Rifter, nobody runs from a t1 frigate, so its easy to find fights.

Arty thrasher. It's the grim reaper for interceptors. Cheap too. Just know when NOT to engage.

Arbitrator. T2 fit it, you'll never lose a 1v1. Run from any gangs though.

Rifter, thrasher, rupture, vagabond, hurricane, sleipnir, tempest. It all depends on your opponents and where you are going to do your stuff.

I've never had any problems with caracals in my arbi, that said I was using infiltrator II's

3700m/s , 1800shields and enough close to 100dps
fast enough to avoid blobs/gate camps and able to kill any tackler than can catch you. i have soloed claws/ranis/crusader/crows/ makes good miner/hauler killer in hostile space
it has a hard time vs some cruisers but its doable

Vagabond and Huginn are nice solo boats for Minmatar, Rapier has a limited target selection due to poor dps but can work as well.
Hurricane works too and is cheap, but it dies a lot more.

Well, after giving it some hard thought, I believe I'm gonna go with the Vagabond, it seems to be pretty nice, even tho it cost a pretty penny. We'll just have to see what happens
